Harmony is set in an elevated position within 4 acres with views across bio farmland. It comprises a main farmhouse, apartment and wooden chalet.
It’s located in the north of the Lot-et-Garonne, not far from the Dordogne. Bergerac and its airport are about 40 minutes away. Miramont-de-Guyenne, a market town with its weekly Monday morning market and supermarkets is a 5 minute drive away and the ever popular Bastide town of Eymet with its bars and restaurants is short drive away. Tombeboeuf golf course is close by and there are plenty of things to do in the area, from châteaux to lakeside beaches, canoeing to karting, water parks to wine tasting…the area has so much to offer.
The fenced salt water swimming pool is ‘L’ shaped (10m x 4m / 8m x 4m). In addition, there is an indoor jacuzzi and exercise equipment, a covered games area with a pool table, table tennis, darts and other games plus outside play equipment for children. There’s a large covered terrace complete with outside kitchen and BBQ. Wellbeing treatments such as massage are available to book on site.
It’s a perfect place for large groups or extended families to holiday together.

The owner lives in a separate building and will check/clean the pool and jacuzzi daily, respecting the privacy of guests at all times.

The property also has a 1 bedroom apartment (Sleeps 2 persons) and a one bedroom chalet (Sleeps 2 persons) which can be added at an additional cost if required.
