The property is set within a sweeping 5000m2 garden, consisting of a barbecue area and shaded outdoor dining terrace overlooking a sheltered pool terrace with a 16x4m pool (can be heated) with steps into the shallow end and a seat around the edge. Surrounding the pool is a large comfy seating area with deck chairs and a gazebo to give shelter. Next to the pool area is the tennis court - a full size, tarmac surface, family court. The rest of the garden extends as open grassy areas, orchard and woodland to the boundary of the property.
At the front of the house is a sheltered sun terrace with table and chairs, ideal for morning coffee or afternoon tea. To the other side is the main outdoor barbecue terrace with family gas barbecue and table and chairs for 12 people. The property is accessed via electronic gates with secure on-site parking for up to 4 cars.
