The Figuier, with its charming pigeonnier tower and central location in the heart of Longeveau village, is a unique and inviting property for up to four guests within our l’Hameau cluster.
The cottage features an open-plan living area, offering ample space for relaxing and dining, complemented by a fully equipped kitchen.
On the ground floor, you will find a cosy twin bedroom (convertible to a double upon request) that adjoins a separate shower/WC. Ascend the tower to discover the master bedroom, complete with an en-suite bathroom, featuring both a shower and bath, overlooking the village centre.
Picturesque views across the swimming pool to the rolling Charente and Dordogne countryside make this a refreshing retreat.
The living area opens onto a covered terrace, furnished with a table, chairs and BBQ; perfect for savouring long summer evenings. The enclosed garden is ideal for keeping younger guests safe. The property is located directly opposite the pool it shares with the other four properties of the Hameau cluster.
