Mas de Terrisse
This fully renovated and very tasteful decorated old french farmhouse on 4 hectare of land is surrounded by nature, but still close to the beautiful village of Cotignac (Var, Provence). With a private pool (12 x 5, salt cleaned), 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the holiday house is very suited for families enjoying holidays together.
From the various terraces around the house you have a stunning view. You will enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset, while there is enough shade to escape from it if you want to.
The house
The thick walls and blue shutters keep the heat outside. So if you enter the house a nice freshness will welcome you. Still the bedrooms are all equipped with airconditioning.
The owners have renovated the house for their own use and rent out only a couple of weeks a year. So you will find the house fully equipped with everything you may think of.
Ground floor
On the groundfloor you will find a spacious, stylish decorated living room and a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso, aerochino, airfryer, microwave etc). At the backside there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, toilet and an utilityroom (laundry machine, laundry dryer, extra fridge).
First floor;
1 master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 2 bedrooms, showerroom and seperate toilet.

Bedlinen provided, towels and pool towels.
Outdoor
The large pool 12 x 5 meter (with automatic pool cover) is cleaned by salt so hardly any chlorine needs to be used, making the water soft and fresh. Enough daybeds to linger next to the pool.
Around the house there are 3 dining areas so you can choose different views in the sun or shade.
Since the house is set on 4 hectares of land planted with olive trees you feel very secluded.
Location
On 4 kilometers Cotignac will offer you lots of restaurants, bars and cafe's, with live music. Don't miss the vibrant provencal market on tuesdays. Or the outdoor cinema underneath the ochre cliff.
