Our detached cottage dates from the 1900s and has been tastefully restored and decorated. It sleeps up to four people in two double bedrooms
We can also provide a travel cot for a baby that doubles up as a playpen, there is also a high chair and stair gate to keep the little one safe.
The cottage has full central heating throughout and a small log burner which means the cottage is great for cosy nights in during the autumn and winter months.
The open plan lounge/diner has a pine dining table and chairs, sofas, and a television with DVD player. The TV receives all free to view UK & French channels so you can keep up to date with your favourite programmes. There is a large selection of DVDs and a wide range of family board games and books for all ages.
The well-equipped kitchen has been fitted with modern units, including a dishwasher. For cooking there is a large range-style cooker for those who want to practise their French cuisine skills! A large selection of quality kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and serving dishes are provided.
There are two bathrooms one on the ground floor with a toilet, a large sink, a small bath and a shower cubicle. The second bathroom is on the first floor with a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet..
The two double bedrooms have pine double beds with matching wardrobes and side cabinets. The baby’s cot can be placed wherever is suitable.
The large garden to the rear of our self-catering properties has been laid to lawn and contains a 15ft round, above-ground swimming pool. The garden is enclosed with gates at all of the entrances.
At the front of the cottage there is a gravelled area with garden furniture, plus flower beds and a grassed area. Beyond this is a two-acre meadow for all guests to roam and explore.
Our grounds lead on to the Forêt de Coëtquen, where you can find mapped out trails to follow.
Barbecue equipment and garden furniture are provided for the use of guests.
Outdoor games and equipment are provided, such as a paddling pool, badminton, tennis, soft ball, cricket, footballs, frisbees etc.
We have also converted a small barn between our properties in to a utility room that houses a washing machine, chest freezer, a sink, an airer etc.
Our cottage is the perfect accommodation for a self-catering holiday!
