Cancellation Policy
- 50% of the deposit refundable if cancelled 90+ days before arrival
- No refund for cancellations made within 90 days of arrival
Security Deposit
- €2,000 pre‑authorisation taken 1 day before arrival
- Automatically released 7 days after departure, subject to inspection
