At the heart of outdoor life is the 10 x 4 metre saltwater swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and complemented by an outdoor shower for easy summer living. Adjacent to the pool, the covered outdoor kitchen terrace sits beneath a beautiful wooden pergola and comfortably seats 14 guests. Here you’ll find an Ooni pizza oven, plancha, fridge and sink — ideal for long lunches and lively evening meals — as well as a convenient outdoor toilet. All of this is set within large, private gardens that offer both open space and quiet corners to unwind.
Inside, the house blends traditional character with flexibility for groups of all ages:
• Bedrooms 1, 2 and 4 (ground floor) each feature a comfortable double bed, offering easy access and calm, restful spaces.
• Bedroom 3 (ground floor) is perfect for children, with a triple bunk and double bunk, plus a selection of toys to keep younger guests entertained.
• Two separate two-bedroom apartments on the first floor provide added privacy. Each apartment includes two double bedrooms, a living area and a small kitchenette — ideal for multi-generational groups or friends who appreciate their own space.
There are two full bathrooms on the ground floor.
One apartment has a full bathroom, while the other features a beautiful standalone bath for indulgent soaking in the privacy of your room, with a separate toilet located just outside in the corridor.
The main living room is bright and spacious, combining dining and comfortable seating areas and looking out onto the front garden — a welcoming place to come together at any time of day.
The kitchen is well equipped and practical, making it easy to cater for large groups without fuss.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided for your stay. Families are well catered for with a cot, high chair, and a variety of children’s books and toys, particularly in the bunk bed room.
Fibre broadband is available throughout the house.
A dedicated laundry room includes a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board for added convenience during longer stays.
Heating is available on the ground floor only. Traditional shutters throughout the house help keep all rooms cool and comfortable during the warm summer months.

Lakes, historic châteaux and charming villages are plentiful in both the Haute-Vienne and the neighbouring Dordogne, making this an excellent base for exploring some of the most beautiful and unspoilt parts of southwest France.
