A helipad is available at the very top of the property. A petanque court for boules aficionados is round the side of the house. A large garage with automatic doors can house 5 cars and also houses the washroom with washing machine, dryer, and ironing station.
The entrance of the house leads to a large hallway and to a high vaulted ceiling above the large living area with a living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs, a TV den (Netflix, Molotov, Amazon Prime available), an office, a large dining room for 10 guests and a billiards room with a bar. The large floor to ceiling windows give unparalleled views over the sea. The living room opens onto the terrace and garden to take in the fabulous view and plunge into the pool.
The kitchen follows the billiards area and offers fittings with conventional and microwave ovens, induction hot plates, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine. A covered terrace is located outside of the kitchen with an outdoor dining room, large plancha, as well as a large lounge area to enjoy a glass of rosé or a cocktail among friends.
The front garden has a flat lawn and a 12x7m heated pool with a shallow end for children and for sunbathing in the water. There are plenty of sunlounges and double sunbeds to enjoy the farniente way of living.
