The Manoir
The accommodation is both spacious and flexible, designed for relaxed group living. The elegant living room features a baby grand piano, television and a cosy wood-burner, while the large family kitchen is fully equipped for shared meals and entertaining. A dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi throughout ensure comfort for longer stays.
Two generous terraces provide the perfect spots for sunrise coffees and sunset apéritifs, with far-reaching views across the surrounding countryside.
Bedrooms & Layout
The Manoir offers seven to eight bedrooms, arranged as follows:
Ground Floor
Bedroom 1: Ground-floor suite with super-king four-poster bed, travertine-tiled en-suite shower room and private conservatory overlooking the garden.
First Floor
Bedroom 2: Super-king four-poster bed plus sofa bed, sleeping up to four guests; ideal as a family suite. Travertine-tiled en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 3: Super-king four-poster bed with luxurious en-suite bathroom featuring bath and separate shower.
Bedroom 4: Double bedroom with access to a shared family bathroom.
Bedroom 5: Double bedroom with an additional single bed, also sharing the family bathroom.
Lower Ground Floor
Bedroom 6: Dormitory-style bedroom with six bunk beds, connected to Bedroom 7, a double bedroom. Together these rooms sleep up to eight guests. This level also features a sofa, TV, downstairs WC and a shower room.
Garden Room
Bedroom 8: Located adjacent to the main house, this private room features a king-size four-poster bed and en-suite shower room.
Outside Living
The Manoir’s elevated position creates a wonderfully open yet private atmosphere, accessed via a tree-lined private driveway. The heated salt-water swimming pool (10m x 5m) enjoys uninterrupted views over the property’s own vineyards and is fitted with a safety alarm.
Outdoor living is designed for relaxed entertaining, with a dedicated BBQ area featuring a gas barbecue, fridge-freezer with ice maker and bar area. There is ample dining space, including a large table near the pool and an additional shaded table beneath the pergola.
Multiple terraces allow guests to follow the sun — or the shade — throughout the day and into the evening. For added enjoyment away from the pool, a table tennis table is also available.
