A pricing structure that makes sense

Our pricing structure is simple, we don’t have lots of complex packages….we have one!

We operate on an annual subscription basis. Regardless of how many enquiries you receive through Holiday Homes in France you’ll only pay €299.00 per annum.

You will only be charged for your listing once you are 100% happy with how it looks on our site and not from the moment you sign up like some websites. If you receive a booking through Holiday Homes in France then you receive all of the rental fee! There are no hidden costs, no commissions and you deal with the customers directly.

 Your listing will be to the highest standard and one of our team will check through to make sure that you are making the most of your listing, showcasing your property in the best way. We will also check the listing for language and make sure that your listing is search engine optimised.

If you have more than one property then great! You can have more than one registered to your account by simply clicking on ‘add property’. You can then update your subscription and we will only charge an additional €99.00 per property. You will be able to add / remove a property to your package at any time during your subscription.

It’s that simple!

Become a featured Holiday Home!

Whilst we only have one charging structure we do also offer you the opportunity to further promote your property with us by becoming a ‘Featured Holiday Home’ at the top of the website pages and home page. The featured listing gives your property maximum exposure as soon as potential clients click onto the website, this option is 99 Euros a month.
